Not all gluten free flours are created equally. There are so many options out there and honestly, I am not impressed by many. We do a lot of cooking and baking at our house and Cup4Cup is the absolutely our first choice. We use it for everything and in almost any recipe, we change nothing else and sub Cup4Cup for regular flour. You can usually find it at Walmart and some grocery stores, but I find Amazon typically offers the best price, especially when you Subscribe & Save.
